You will take overall responsibility for our injection molding department – from personnel management and production control to process optimization. You will ensure that quality, deadlines, and efficiency are met, and continuously develop our manufacturing processes together with your team.

You will set up injection molding machines, monitor the ongoing manufacturing process, and optimize process parameters for consistently high component quality. You will respond independently to malfunctions and work closely with toolmaking and quality assurance.

You will manufacture high-precision tool components and mold inserts on CNC-controlled milling machines. From CAM programming to quality control, you will work independently and ensure the timely provision of our injection molding tools.
